What are the best ways to get rid of all the problems of your life?

                                
Friends , in contemporary era every student ,or a common man have mammoth tensions regarding their future .Sometimes a Time comes when we have a host of problems and we wanna  leave it but it becomes very difficult for us to not to think about that problem .                                                                                        People are facing a number of problems regarding relationship , work, study or illness. So nowadays even because of lot of distractions how can we study with full concentration and being distract .So i have few tips for you to get rid of your tension. 

1.Find root cause of it


If you wanna relief all your worries, you have to think  about
what is the trigger point of your tension.Then try to think about it for couple of minutes .Because ,for example  any disease has its treatment even in it.If we know the exact cause we can cure it easily.So try too think throughly your mind.

2.Think about solution 


Friends, if you find your problem then think about its solution and give yourself some time .Be relax ,nothing is important  than your health.Don't take life very seriously .Do what you love and never expect too much from others which is one of the most real cause of sadness in our life.

3. Train your brain for every bad situation


If you have any problem in your life firstly don't afraid too much
from it and don't run away from it. Problems are parts of our life if they don't come then life will become boring and meaningless.Every problem is a opportunity for us to improve something. So fight with full courage and win the life before life wins you.  


4. Breathe Deeply

Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly. Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of your head. Reverse the process as you exhale through your mouth.

5. Be Present

Slow down.
“Take 5 minutes and focus on only one behavior with awareness,”
Tutin says. Notice how the air feels on your face when you’re walking and how your feet feel hitting the ground. Enjoy the texture and taste of each bite of food.
           When you spend time in the moment and focus on your senses, you should feel less tense.

4.Sleep enough as per your age

Researches on sleeping shows that 6 Hours sleep is enough for adults and teenager.But friends, it is only game of our mind .You have to force yourself if  you wanna see yourself a pilot,a solider, a CEO,or anything else in the mirror.You can change anything ,it is only depend on you that how you force yourself.

5.Get up quickly as you can

whenever you hear the sound of alarm or whenever your eye open get up quickly as you can and go to the washroom for washing your face with cold water. By doing this you can leave your habit of procrastination.

6.Set a plan 

Before sleeping, organize yourself that how you tackle yourself for various excuses,you make at morning time   when u don't want to get up and follow it full discipline.

7.Do that things for 10 minutes that you really love 

Friends, if you get up but your eyes are filled with laziness then do the activities you really like for example dancing , singing,writing or anything else you want.But friends only  for 10 minutes with your all energy and excitement.

How to study

                                  study with full concentration
Hey guys,here i would like to tell u about how to love study .Friends in primary school i m only normal student . But when i joined high school ,it changed my whole life .Actually , that was  a boarding school . There , i faced a bundle of problems regarding my study .

                      Now , i would tell
u about that thing which has changed my way of living .I could not concentrate on my study so i searched on Google how to study ,that time i think i did not get  any proper answer but the result was unbelievable . i watched a motivational  video of sandeep maheshwari about motivation for study. Then i came to know about many things.

                                             Like firstly , we should require a big purpose for study or anything that why we do that work and we should always read a motivational book or watch a motivational video which force us to think positive and stay calm .Another thing which is very difficult to start but after starting this we can amazing results for study .
                                            That thing is meditation .It helps us to
stay always peaceful and i know i am also a student we always think about girls , chatting ,sex(which is now become very mammoth problem),youtube,masturbation and house related problems.
                                           So it becomes very hard to study with no distractions.So start watching motivational videos and do meditation.Don't compare yourself with anyone and think always about your purpose . 
                                         
Please my friend , if you want to compete Bill Gates , Steve jpbs ,you have to think better than them . BUILD A BIG BIG PURPOSE THAT NO ONE THINK IN HIS DREAM AND STRUGGLE A LOT TO FULFILL IT . NEVER REST UNTIL U COMPLETE YOUR GOAL AND LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE . Comfort zone is our biggest because of this we delay many important things ahead and never try to do it.My personal  advice is to surround yourself with positive things and watch a short motivational video before sleep.
