HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING???

1.Strong determination

in your life , you should have specific  goal why u want to wake up early .For example ,for study ,jogging,work, or anything else.Remember that you are unique and you are greatest person ever born on this planet.


2. Make request to your pillow 

Yes my friends!! Before you are going to bed make a request to your pillow with full your heart and love that "please pillow wake me up at 5 a.m."give you a amazing result.

3. Watch a motivational video 5 mint before sleep

If you really want to get up early so inspire yourself as much as u can.what you wanna become in life??what you wanna have in your life???
                           Tell yourself the importance of life.You have only one life .So invest your time improving yourself not in chatting,watching videos,sleeping and other silly things.

4.Sleep enough as per your age

Researches on sleeping shows that 6 Hours sleep is enough for adults and teenager.But friends, it is only game of our mind .You have to force yourself if  you wanna see yourself a pilot,a solider, a CEO,or anything else in the mirror.You can change anything ,it is only depend on you that how you force yourself.

5.Get up quickly as you can

whenever you hear the sound of alarm or whenever your eye open get up quickly as you can and go to the washroom for washing your face with cold water. By doing this you can leave your habit of procrastination.

6.Set a plan 

Before sleeping, organize yourself that how you tackle yourself for various excuses,you make at morning time   when u don't want to get up and follow it full discipline.

7.Do that things for 10 minutes that you really love 

Friends, if you get up but your eyes are filled with laziness then do the activities you really like for example dancing , singing,writing or anything else you want.But friends only  for 10 minutes with your all energy and excitement.



So friends, at last i wanna say that you should have great inspiration to live your life and a hunger desire that force you do anything.
